That was the hard part, took me a week to relearn enough, and some substantial trial and error to get here and operational. but here I am hopefully we will stay this time.

I tried this 7yrs ago but one site became infested with spammers, and I gave up and deleted everything! Only recently have I had enough interest and drive to try it again so here we are, I was lucky that the domain was still available and my host was still active.

Over the years both the host services and the forum software have improved significantly. They are slimmer sleeker with more functions and in many ways more user friendly, and yes the forum software is still under development, and yes I am a senior member on the development forum. Though in truth I am the least code and computer savvy Senior Member there, and at my age I'm not even going to try to learn to the extent they do.

Instead I strive to learn how far a layman can progress with this and, provide clear plain English explanations.

I do this 1st and foremost for my own edification about how the internet of things work!

2nd I do this because I have long been aware that our communications online have all to often been subverted and used against us. and I wanted to understand how.

3rd I do this as a spit in the eye of big tech who are openly censoring us at an alarming rate.

WitchsBytchin uses "FUDforum" software (the link to the development site is at the bottom of the page, and it is also in the very first msg on the forum), It is free open source software if you decide to go it alone!

There are a several reasons why I chose "FUDforum" as my software of choice:
1. it is remarkably similar in its look and feel to the forum I was accustomed to as a "User" way back in 1991-2004.

2.Sometime around 2004 the forum which had been my primary source of local information, became infested with a bevy of trolls intent on disruption (but that's another story), so I went the admin route.

3.several different Forum platforms were tried and evaluated and I determined FUDforum offered the most features, flexibility and suited my needs, though it wasn't the easiest for the layman.

4.FUDforum offered all the bells and whistles a User or Admin could want, and then some, in addition every aspect of the forum was customizable from within the forum itself!

5. It was relatively new and had global functionality.

WitchsBytchin was originally intended as a private forum where I could vent my spleen, but rapidly became a test forum for me to explore how the internet of things really worked!

Today with censorship so rampant on the web I felt compelled to go it again, so here we are.

RC
means release candidate just think of it as a beta or trial version.

goto FUDforum development site, download the appropriate version to your computer and extract the compressed files. open your forum, go to the admin panel>files>web Dir. Browse files>to your down loaded/extracted folder>select "Upgrade" file> upload> it will appear in your window. repeat procedure for the archive file. select run for the upgrade files and follow the prompts, done! Don't forget to Delete the files when you are through.

Witch will get you if you don't watch out!

As I type this I'm listening to a discussion of the ongoing censorship happening now, across the web. I can't keep up with it all, but it appears the powers that be are intent on putting an end to our freedom of speech! They have already duped half the Country into wearing muzzles.

I'm even hearing that the cancel culture mob and Google are now going after individual sites and associated hosts, (the evil little darlings). So its looking more and more like we are in a full scale information war for our Constitutional form of Government, and its associated rights and privileges.

so this is My response to all of them:
